Located at the future Interchange of Interstate 95 and St. Johns Heritage Parkway, Emerald City will provide a Mixed-use Downtown with diverse Residential Housing, Retail Shops, Professional Offices, a Medical Campus, as well as a Business & Technology Park to support the City of Palm Bay's southern growth corridor creating over 6,000 jobs at build-out.

With over 1.7 million square feet of office, retail, institutional, medical and research use and 3,500 homes, Emerald City has been inspired by the concept of sustainability–the notion that a community can meet human needs now and in the future, while  maintaining equilibrium with the natural environment.

The New Urbanist inspired community will allow today’s families, active adults and seniors to enjoy the best aspects of life, with shorter commutes to shopping and work, greater access to recreation, quality health care, and a strong sense of community. Emerald City will be composed of traditional neighborhoods, walkable streets, useable parks, complex urban places with distinctive architecture, lively streetscapes and desirable amenities while preserving 30% of the site as conservation areas.

The St. Johns Parkway project has already completed over 9 miles of new roads, primarily north of the proposed interchange, which will ultimately link the northern portions of Brevard County to Emerald City.
